Rotating Between Both Lists

Between this list and my first one, that’s 57 dinners covering nearly every protein and cooking method I actually reach for on a practice night. I tend to keep the chicken-forward recipes here in heavier rotation during the season since chicken breast and thighs are usually the cheapest, fastest option on a Tuesday, saving the steak and salmon nights from my first list for when there’s a little more time or a little more budget.

If you want a more structured, week-by-week version of this same approach, my 30-Day Protein Plan tool can help build that out automatically. And for the mornings before an early practice, my 27 high-protein breakfasts collection follows this same fast, protein-first logic.
